Does Customer Due Diligence (CDD) need to be conducted if listing or exhibiting art for €10,000+ Euros?

There are a couple of points to consider.

Firstly, it's the size of the transaction that is significant, so if a client purchases two items, each of which is €6,000, then CDD needs to be done.

Secondly, the CDD checks need to be done before the work is released to the client, so that means you have the opportunity to do the checks (including the source of the funds).
